Every piece is made to order for you, so we don't accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind. Please check your size, metal and details before you order. The size guide can help, and we're happy to answer questions first.
If your piece arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We'll repair or remake it at no cost to you.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts. Once production has started, your order can't be cancelled.
Need a different size? We can resize your piece. You pay the difference between your size's price and the new size's price on the site, plus shipping. If the new size costs the same or less, you only pay shipping.
Once your order ships, it's in the carrier's hands. We'll send you tracking and help you file a claim with the carrier if anything goes wrong.
